About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership to the accounting team
- Prepare and oversee financial statements
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Oversee the monthly close of the General Ledger
- Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable processes and payroll operations
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting activities
- Assist in strategic financial planning and risk management initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- Demonstrated experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights
