Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership to the accounting team
Prepare and oversee financial statements
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Oversee the monthly close of the General Ledger
Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors
Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
Oversee accounts payable processes and payroll operations
Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting activities
Assist in strategic financial planning and risk management initiatives
Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership on financial strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
CPA designation preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
Demonstrated experience managing accounting teams
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting
Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights
