Key responsibilities & impact- Representing the client on the phone to the consumer
- Inbound and outbound calling efforts using effective relationship building skills
- Navigate multiple systems during calls while functioning efficiently on the computer
- Reduce fraud losses focused on customer experience
- Analyze account processes and transactions
- Reviews and identifies fraudulent activity
- Receive inbound calls related to potentially fraudulent activities
- Document accounts in a timely manner while speaking with the customer
- Work flexible schedule, required weekends and holidays as needed
- Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of Customer Service Experience
- One year of experience in a Windows based computer environment
- Background Check required
