Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the client on the phone to the consumer
  • Inbound and outbound calling efforts to help problem solve and prevent fraud
  • Reduce fraud losses while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Analyze account processes and transactions to identify undetected frauds
  • Document accounts accurately and in a timely manner while speaking to the customer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of Customer Service Experience
  • One year of experience in a Windows based computer environment
  • Ability to communicate with consumers and maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
