About the role
- Represent the client on the phone to the consumer
- Inbound and outbound calling efforts to help problem solve and prevent fraud
- Reduce fraud losses while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Analyze account processes and transactions to identify undetected frauds
- Document accounts accurately and in a timely manner while speaking to the customer
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of Customer Service Experience
- One year of experience in a Windows based computer environment
- Ability to communicate with consumers and maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
