About the role
- Support for day-to-day operations and strategic planning
- Independent ownership of projects, e.g., in sales, marketing, or product development
- Contribution to the development and optimization of our CBAM solution
- Analysis and preparation of market and competitor data
- Coordination of processes and support in building internal structures
- Direct collaboration with the founders to develop new business ideas and strategies
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field at a university or business school
- Initial professional experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups) is an advantage
- You are proactive and work independently, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in sustainability, emissions trading, and climate-related regulation
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
