About the role
- Cost Management: Control of fixed and variable costs for the mining units (Miraí, Poços de Caldas and Barro Alto – company-owned and third-party).
- Strategic and Budget Planning: Conduct simulations for CAPEX and OPEX to support strategic decisions.
- CAPEX Management: Planning, monitoring and technical approval of investment projects at the mining units.
- Tax Closures: Support and analysis in tax closing processes.
- ARO (Asset Retirement Obligation): Management of decommissioning and rehabilitation expenses.
- Cost Allocation: Ensure the correct allocation of compensation costs to surface rights holders.
- Feasibility Studies: Preparation of alternative financial scenarios to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or other exact sciences.
- Strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Degree or specialization in Accounting.
- Previous experience in the mining sector.
- Knowledge of programming, dashboard creation, and Power BI.
- Ability to understand industrial and mining processes.
