Key responsibilities & impact

Manage mission-critical collaboration and content management systems
Integrate AI capabilities such as intelligent search, workflow automation, and context-aware assistance
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, system owners, security teams, and end users
Stay current with Department AI initiatives and systems
Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy SharePoint infrastructure and solution components
Drive innovation within the M365 and SharePoint environments
Conduct stakeholder consultations and workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8+ years of progressive IT experience
4 years of specialized experience in designing, developing, and administering SharePoint platforms
Experience planning and executing migrations between multiple SharePoint versions
Experience working with cloud-based applications like Microsoft 365/Office 365
Deep, hands-on knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, customization, and administration
Proficiency with PowerShell for administration, automation, and scripting
Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Microsoft certification for SharePoint 2010 or higher (e.g., MOS or equivalent Microsoft SharePoint certification) strongly preferred
