About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Project Manager in overseeing contract performance and day-to-day operations
Serve as the primary representative responsible for contract work performance
Oversee and coordinate mortuary affairs, funeral home, and cemetery-related activities
Ensure compliance with Federal/State requirements and company policies
Lead, supervise, and evaluate personnel supporting the contract
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
Maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders and subcontractors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Mortuary affairs, Cemetery superintendent / cemetery operations management, or Funeral home director / funeral home management
Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Funeral Director in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Ability to ensure availability between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week
Must be able to pass a background check
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat)
