About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for complex technology initiatives
  • Develop clear requirements artifacts (e.g., business requirements, functional specs, user stories) and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create and refine use cases to describe system interactions and ensure they are understood and implemented by technical teams
  • Document and map current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align on requirements, priorities, and solution approaches
  • Participate in Agile activities (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) and support backlog definition and clarification
  • Support testing and validation by helping derive test scenarios from requirements/use cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or a related technology field as a senior-level Business Analyst
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
