About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for complex technology initiatives
Develop clear requirements artifacts (e.g., business requirements, functional specs, user stories) and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle
Create and refine use cases to describe system interactions and ensure they are understood and implemented by technical teams
Document and map current- and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align on requirements, priorities, and solution approaches
Participate in Agile activities (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) and support backlog definition and clarification
Support testing and validation by helping derive test scenarios from requirements/use cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or a related technology field as a senior-level Business Analyst
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
Ability to analyze systems and procedures
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
