Provide management of multiple simultaneous projects; ensuring maximum effectiveness in the use of strategies and resources for the timely completion of all assigned contractual responsibilities on time, on budget and while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Accountable for overall performance and delivery of defined contracts/scope(s) of work/task orders with strict adherence to customer satisfaction, goals, quality standards for products and/or services, including attainment of program profitability upon project completion.
Client Relationship Management--Develops relationships and serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined contracts/scope(s) of work/task orders.
Provide functional and technical guidance for consulting staff and management; perform as program lead in resolution of technical or Staff Management problems impacting performance, schedule and/or cost.
Monitor and control work in progress for technical adequacy; provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements.
Establish performance metrics and monitor progress to assure contract compliance, customer satisfaction and attainment of company commitments, goals, and objectives.
Utilize the customers SOW to identify and define technical and functional requirements per task order to draft statements of work for RFPs to assist teaming partners and subcontractors with cost proposals.
Mentor and coach assigned personnel to enhance performance; conduct reviews and provide staff feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3 years of large contract and program level experience in Federal Government client environments.
Must be able to pass a background check.
May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
Shall have the requisite skills, expertise, and experience to perform the requirements of each task.
Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
Proficient skills using Microsoft and Google Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to learn new software as the situation dictates.
Demonstrated capability to manage multi-task programs/projects, multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
Demonstrated working knowledge of government regulations.
Willing to travel for short term assignments.
PMP certification (Desired).
