About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides expert advice and guidance to officials on program planning, budgeting, programming, and contract management activities.
Plans, organizes, and evaluates contract actions.
Provides expert assistance in all aspects of program planning and contracting processes.
Develops Out-Year financial plans and budget estimates for supplemental programs.
Drafts program plans and performance reports.
Establishes and maintains liaison and serves as the focal point for coordination with appropriate offices, overseas posts, and U.S. government agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
10+ years’ experience serving as an analyst in planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting analyses for operational efficiencies.
Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Federal contracting and budgeting.
Secret Clearance is required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Minimum Skills: Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
