About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations.
  • Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
  • Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs.
  • Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations for management programs, policies and activities.
  • Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines.
  • Performs administrative and financial analysis.
  • Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis.
  • Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports.
  • Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must possess a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred, together with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
  • Two (2) years as a Management Analyst III or equivalent experience
  • Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and expert knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.
  • Experience working in a government capacity preferred.
  • Secret Clearance is required.
  • Due to the nature of work at the client’s site, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
