About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations.
Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs.
Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations for management programs, policies and activities.
Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines.
Performs administrative and financial analysis.
Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis.
Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports.
Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must possess a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred, together with seven (7) years of relevant experience.
Must possess excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Intermediate knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies.
Secret Clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
