Administrative Assistant III
Cayuse HoldingsAdministrative Assistant executing a wide range of duties to support the Program office. Responsibilities include managing documents, data entry, and supporting logistics and communication efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executes a wide range of administrative duties to support the Program office
- Facilitates daily office operations and functions under supervision of Program office personnel
- Prepares and revises charts, spreadsheets, memoranda, and other documents as needed
- Administers and maintains office databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Enters financial information, survey responses, critiques, and test results; generates performance measurement reports
- Attends office meetings, documents proceedings, and disseminates meeting minutes
- Drafts and edits standard operating procedures
- Facilitates travel arrangements for Program office staff
- Prepares routine communications utilizing the Government's official cabling system
- Compiles weekly activity summaries and other periodic reports for the Program office
- Establishes and maintains centralized electronic and paper files
- Provides direct project assistance and other administrative support as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess a high school diploma, associate’s degree preferred
- Seven years (7) of relevant administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of and experience with office and administrative functions, practices and procedures
- Secret Clearance is required
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Excel experience is a must
