About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Technical Architect is responsible for the design, development, and oversight of enterprise-level technology solutions that align with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
- This role provides strategic technical leadership, ensures best practices in architecture, and facilitates the successful delivery of complex IT projects within the stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Design and document robust, scalable, and secure enterprise technology architectures in alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive technical specifications and solution blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and oversight to project teams throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, engineers, and project managers, to ensure solutions meet client objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that optimize performance, security, and maintainability of IT solutions.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed architectural diagrams, interface designs, and documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s-level degree from a recognized college or university.
- Eight (8) years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming, or testing.
- Seven (7) years of experience in requirements development and analysis, including elicitation techniques, use case development, and user story mapping.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and testable requirements documents and specifications.
- Seven (7) years of experience in documenting complex software systems, including creating sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, process flows, and other architectural artifacts.
- Experience with Technology (CDT) Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process, specifically Stages 3 and 4.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
