Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations
Oversee daily operational activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and service availability
Serve as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams
Support ongoing and planned initiatives, including SD-WAN implementation and optimization
Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts
Ensure compliance with Agency security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Participate in change management processes
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams
Provide status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning

Requirements

Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience performing supervisory/management work
Must be able to pass a background check
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze systems and procedures
Strong multitasking skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently and on a multi-functional team
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with administration, maintenance, and design of Cisco VoIP solutions required
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment
Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing and supporting a 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environment
