About the role

Create, maintain, and manage detailed project workplans within Planview, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
Actively manage projects against approved plans, ensuring delivery stays on schedule and within scope
Track and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation and resolution plans
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on deliverables, priorities, and execution timelines
Provide regular status reporting, including progress updates, risks, issues, and key decisions
Manage project governance activities, including phase gate reviews, approvals, and documentation
Ensure all project artifacts are properly documented and maintained per established standards
Identify and manage project interdependencies across teams and initiatives
Support change management by assessing impacts to scope, schedule, and resources
Escalate issues appropriately and drive accountability to resolution

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives
Hands-on experience using Planview for project execution, tracking, and reporting (required)
Strong experience creating and managing: Project workplans Milestones and dependencies RAID logs
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present status and risks to stakeholders clearly
Experience working with cross‑functional business and IT teams
Comfort operating in structured or enterprise project environments
