About the role
- Create, maintain, and manage detailed project workplans within Planview, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Actively manage projects against approved plans, ensuring delivery stays on schedule and within scope
- Track and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation and resolution plans
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on deliverables, priorities, and execution timelines
- Provide regular status reporting, including progress updates, risks, issues, and key decisions
- Manage project governance activities, including phase gate reviews, approvals, and documentation
- Ensure all project artifacts are properly documented and maintained per established standards
- Identify and manage project interdependencies across teams and initiatives
- Support change management by assessing impacts to scope, schedule, and resources
- Escalate issues appropriately and drive accountability to resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives
- Hands-on experience using Planview for project execution, tracking, and reporting (required)
- Strong experience creating and managing: Project workplans Milestones and dependencies RAID logs
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present status and risks to stakeholders clearly
- Experience working with cross‑functional business and IT teams
- Comfort operating in structured or enterprise project environments
