Setting up and installing network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and more.
Monitoring network performance to ensure it runs smoothly.
Communicating with vendors and the IT team to fix issues.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in the field for Level 1
4-7 years of experience in the field for Level 2
8 or more years of experience for Level 3.
Good understanding of how networks work.
Knowledge of network models like OSI or TCP/IP.
Experience using multiple tools to check and fix network issues.
Expertise in keeping networks safe and secure.
Experience with advanced service provider and WAN router configurations.
Experience with network management and monitoring systems and diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of fiber optic wiring, transceiver troubleshooting, and operating network test equipment.
Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check.
