About the role
- Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of ERP modules and applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for ERP solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
- Analyze and optimize existing ERP processes and workflows for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Lead or participate in ERP data migration initiatives, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and transfer.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ERP issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Manage ERP software updates, patches, and enhancements, coordinating testing and deployment activities.
- Ensure ERP system security, data integrity, and compliance with government, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Participate in and support user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve ERP systems and processes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Possesses a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise application development or related information technology roles.
- Provides 8 years of experience in IT roles, including at least 2 years of hands-on development experience with PeopleTools.
- Demonstrates 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to working with PeopleTools version 8.59 or higher.
- Brings 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years working with advanced Oracle databases.
- Offers 8 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 2 years performing complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
- Brings 8 years of IT experience, including the ability to read and interpret .NET code (C# and VB.NET).
- Possesses 8 years of overall experience with the capability to read and interpret SQL Server stored procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across technical and business teams.
