About the role

  • Responsible for successful planning, executing, and closing information technology (IT) projects in support of client objectives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project communications.
  • Coordinate with project managers spanning the host base, wing, group, squadron, and external agencies.
  • Maintain and apply required certifications (CompTIA Project+; Project Management Professional).
  • Ensure Planning and Identification of projects is completed.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s in IT Management.
  • PMP Certification.
  • 3-7 years in IT project/program management.
  • Proven Experience supervising direct reports.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
