About the role
- Develop, implement, and sustain robust, realistic, and scalable cyber training environments for the client
- Build virtualized environments that simulate real-world networks and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform cyber training range engineering duties consistent with the Cyber Training Range Engineer labor category
- Apply IAT Level 3 certification requirements to the engineering support role
- Support cyber and/or information technology duties to build, integrate, and maintain training range capabilities
- Ensure CTRE equipment meets specified system requirements
- Maintain compatibility with current CTRE hardware and software
- Enable the ability to scale to meet increased tasking TPR at multiple locations and classifications
- Coordinate with range administration and training stakeholders to support delivery of cyber training labs and exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree Course (AETC ADDIE or Approved Equivalent Course)
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required
- IAT Level 3 Certification (CASP+, VCP, CISSP, CCNP, GCED, CASP CE)
- 7-10 years experience for Instructional Systems Designer Senior
- 10+ years experience for Instructional Systems Designer SME
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
