About the role

  • Provide expert instructional and developmental support for IO Intel training programs
  • Equip personnel with knowledge and skills for complex IO and intelligence missions
  • Develop and deliver instruction aligned to Operations in the Information Environment (OIE)
  • Plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct curriculum
  • Analyze training needs and recommend changes to improve existing curriculum
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure course material is current
  • Assist in the creation of mission simulator virtual environments for training
  • Provide counseling and remediation actions for students

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or approved equivalent experience (for Journeyman)
  • Bachelor’s degree or approved equivalent experience (for Senior)
  • PhD or equivalent experience (for SME)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
  • 5 years’ Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) experience (for Journeyman)
  • 10 years’ OIE experience (for Senior)
  • Military planning and assessment experience at various levels (Tactical, Operational, Strategic)
  • Staffing of deception activities and MISO plans experience
  • Experience with Public Affairs and Strategic Communications
  • General understanding of signature management
  • Understanding of common processes utilized by the Air Component
