About the role
- Teach users how to navigate and use the system effectively.
- Create and deliver training materials for PeopleSoft Financials modules.
- Help participants understand the system’s features and processes.
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs.
- Write literature and materials to be used in programs and design exercises to enhance lectures.
- Deliver on-site and web-based training courses covering software solutions.
- Lead development of infrastructure for information delivery.
- Assist with formatting training materials created by other DIR Staff as requested.
- Determine needs and develop plans to meet the need of customers.
- Assist in the design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
- Plan, direct, and undertake classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs.
- Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
- Research and recommend vendors and costs for various training methods.
- Organize and draft a curriculum that breaks a complex subject into logical units of instruction.
- Teach short technical courses to maintain proficiency and develop new instructional techniques/courses.
- Gather, analyze, translate, and compose technical information into clear, readable materials.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in developing a training program for ERP systems.
- 8 years of experience developing accessibility-compliant training content.
- 8 years (minimum of 4) of hands-on experience working with eLearning software.
- 8 years (minimum of 4) hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system.
- 8 years (minimum of 4) experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- 8 years (at least 2) experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team.
- 8 years (at least 2) experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses effective presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
