About the role
- Educate corporate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on activities to build foundational Agile skills across departments.
- Oversee the development of Agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a mentor and guide for Agile Team Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to maximize their effectiveness and productivity.
- Monitor team progress and provide continuous coaching to foster high-performance teams.
- Guide teams and leadership through the Agile adoption and implementation process, tailoring approaches based on organizational culture and strategic goals.
- Identify and address challenges within processes, enabling teams to adapt and optimize their workflow.
- Provide actionable recommendations for scaling Agile methodologies within the organization.
- Encourage organizational leaders and team members to actively embrace Agile values and principles.
- Actively work to minimize resistance to change by highlighting Agile’s long-term benefits to productivity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Support leaders in policy and process adjustments needed to sustain Agile success.
- Evaluate and assess Agile maturity levels across the organization, facilitating continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay current with emerging Agile trends, tools, and certifications to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of transparency, iterative learning, and adaptive decision-making.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 2
- 8 or more years of experience for Level 3
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), or equivalent are highly desirable
