About the role

  • Understand business objectives and meet corresponding challenges or areas for improvement.
  • Research and recommend viable alternative solutions.
  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and improve system efficiency.
  • Consult with organizational units to evaluate operational processes.
  • Gather requirements for specific data inputs and desired report structures.
  • Evaluate computer system capabilities to determine alignment with requested changes.
  • Prepare detailed documentation outlining user needs and program functionalities.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into functional design specifications.
  • Ensure system documentation adheres to established standards.
  • Develop, implement, and provide support for applications and workflows using Power Platform tools.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment.
  • 4 years of experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions.
  • 4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • 4 years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.
  • 4 years experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows.
  • 4 years experience in Dataverse tables and uses.
  • 4 years experience in Power Pages portals.
  • 4 years experience in Power Platform Center Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Minimum Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Strong multitasking skills, Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently.
