About the role
- Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies
- Evaluates user request for new or modified program, to determine feasibility, cost and time required
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a SCRUM/Agile environment
- Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases
- Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless Oracle database integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline legacy projects, ensuring alignment with business and organizational objectives
Requirements
- 8 years’ experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
- Exceptional teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
