About the role

  • Support the development and execution of member acquisition and enrollment efforts across marketing, sales, community, & provider channels
  • Builds and manages automated, multichannel marketing campaign workflows, including sms, email, phone, and direct mail
  • Gain a deep understanding of our target Medicaid populations to better reach and understand the membership base
  • Develop playbooks and toolkits for community and provider outreach, to scale the work from market to market
  • Drive marketing analytics and measurement initiatives, ensuring we have the proper tracking set up and the reports we need to monitor performance
  • Use data, A/B testing, and audience insights to continuously improve conversion and performance
  • Establish, document, and standardize best-practice marketing processes and workflows (e.g., campaign execution, content governance) to ensure the Marketing team can scale efficiently while maintaining high quality and consistency
  • Ensure marketing and communication materials are compliant with Cayaba and partner brand guidelines and reflect Cayaba’s value
  • Partner closely with Executive Leadership team to align messaging with sales strategies
  • Develop compelling content (e.g., sales pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators) to support sales efforts and educate both technical and executive buyers
  • Lead demand generation, including email campaigns, webinars, or events, to cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Support our team’s presence at key industry events and conferences to maximize brand visibility and lead generation
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Care teams to improve workflows, reporting, and the member experience
  • Coach and mentor team members in a rapidly evolving organization
  • Manage agencies/freelancers as needed
  • Drive operational excellence in Marketing by implementing optimized workflows and technology stack integrations that directly support the company's ambitious growth and scaling objectives.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in D2C, B2B2C and/or B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in planning and executing complex, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to: sms, email, and direct mail
  • Familiar with CRMs and marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience leveraging data analytics for decision-making
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, comfortable working at both macro and micro levels
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with experience crafting compelling marketing copy and stakeholder communications that drive engagement and enrollment
  • Experience working with diverse teams and patient populations, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and authentic leadership
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty, problem-solving in real time, and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
