• - Proven track record through a fund cycle, including issues related to the establishment, structuring, launch, marketing and distribution of hedge funds
• - Negotiation of material fund contracts including IMAs, SLAs and administration agreements as required
• - Drafting and negotiating various trading agreements including brokerage, ISDAs, GMRAs and other agreements
• - Assisting on general corporate and governance matters
