About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complexity into clarity.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web-based products.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and business goals.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure designs come to life as intended.
  • Use data and customer insights to inform design decisions and prioritize enhancements.
  • Help make complex B2B workflows feel simple, fast, and intuitive.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, clean design, and thoughtful interaction design for complex products.
  • Ability to design end-to-end experiences — from research and discovery through to polished UI.
  • Experienced with responsive web design and accessibility best practices.
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially working with PMs, engineers, and customers.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, usable solutions.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • Experience designing enterprise or workflow-heavy products (preferred, not required).
  • Familiarity with order management, ERP, or supply chain tools (preferred, not required).
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (preferred, not required).
  • Experience in motion design or data visualization (preferred, not required).
