Prepare comprehensive candidate evaluations
Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as an HR Analyst / Recruitment & Selection
Experience in HR consulting or managing multiple concurrent openings
Proficiency in résumé screening and competency-based interviews
Ability to produce clear and objective candidate reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work in a hybrid model
Contract type: PJ (contractor)
Nice-to-have: Experience filling roles across different industries and seniority levels
Prior experience working in recruitment consultancies/agencies
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, among others)
Organization and pipeline management using an ATS
