- Negotiate and contract airfare rates
- Analyze and report blocks in Infotera; filter which are partial or total, sending them to the supervisor for authorization, and in more complex cases escalate to the CEO for validation directly as a task via Birix; additionally, monitor deadlines and payments with domestic airlines
- After payment, adjust deadlines in the Infotera system, analyzing the types of deadlines
