About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, manage, and provide technical and operational oversight of all supply chain activities.
Ensure accountability and transparency of all supply chain operations in compliance with CRS and donor regulations.
Effectively manage talent and supervise direct reports.
Lead design and implementation of a strategic sourcing and procurement process.
Manage logistical infrastructure, storage facilities, and transportation resources.
Oversee inventory control and the management of comprehensive goods tracking and record keeping systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or other relevant degree required.
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in supply chain with progressive responsibilities in any or combination of the following areas: logistics, procurement management, transportation, warehousing.
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
