About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and coordinate the global implementation of CRS’ Partner Safeguarding Compliance Program by assisting with planning, tracking, documentation, and follow‑up activities across regions and partners.
Assist in translating global compliance and safeguarding strategies into practical, operational guidance for country programs and partners.
Coordinate routine compliance and safeguarding monitoring activities, including maintaining trackers, consolidating input from country teams.
Serve as a point of coordination between the GRC team and internal stakeholders to support timely information sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies or other related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Safeguarding, or other related fields, preferably in an INGO environment.
Master's degree in related discipline (preferred)
Familiarity with U.S. Non-governmental Organizations (preferred)
