• Proactively reach out to alumni via email, phone, or social media to schedule engagement meetings by video.
• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one meetings following CCO’s established Intentional Accompaniment approach.
• Document engagement notes and outcomes in CCO’s database (RE) for future follow-up.
• Provide reports on completed meetings, key takeaways, and engagement trends.
• Help alumni discern potential next steps in missionary discipleship, capitalizing on upcoming CCO Beyond initiatives.
• Receive referrals from alumni to reach alumni we have not yet reconnected with
