About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full life cycle recruitment function for Catholic Charities.
Build the infrastructure for current employees to grow their careers.
Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, manage the Applicant Tracking System.
Develop the employer brand and candidate experience.
Manage internal mobility programming, including the internal job posting process and mentorship initiatives.
Track internal movement data and report on organizational health indicators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
Seven years of progressive full life cycle recruitment experience.
At least three years of direct people management experience.
Experience in recruiting for nonprofit, human services, or mission driven organizations.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and selection of best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management capability.
Demonstrated comfort and judgment using AI tools to support recruitment workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
