Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle confidential information ethically.
  • Experience managing over 150 employees and handling turnover.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with onboarding platforms; corporate and benefits cards; Kairos timekeeping system; accounting platforms; occupational health providers; and benefits administration systems.
