Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information ethically.
- Experience managing over 150 employees and handling turnover.
- Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Preferred: Experience with onboarding platforms; corporate and benefits cards; Kairos timekeeping system; accounting platforms; occupational health providers; and benefits administration systems.
