Graphics Designer

• Lead and inspire the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Establish and maintain high-quality design standards within the team.
• Review and approve designs for any and all deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements, quality benchmarks and meet brand standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Develop creative concepts and design strategies that align with the client's brand and marketing goals.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print, digital, packaging and social media platforms.
• Spearhead, maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
