About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic goals for In Cab Experiences and AI Assist features
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Strategy, Engineering, and New Product Introduction teams
  • Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned with business objectives
  • Establish and manage product-line priorities and investments
  • Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, product capabilities, and features
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
  • Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives
  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment through clear communication of strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve product roadmaps and ensure execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience understanding customer needs as it relates to business strategy for product road mapping and strategies
  • Cross-functional experience across engineering, commercial, strategy, etc.
  • Construction or Mining experience preferred with knowledge of how customers use machines
  • Proven experience developing product requirements and knowledge of product positioning
  • Knowledge of business market concepts and principles
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and communicate competitive-environment information
  • Knowledge of customer types and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles, and information
  • Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to enlist others in achieving objectives
  • Strategic thinking and organizational acumen
  • Must work full-time onsite five days a week in either Irving, TX or Mossville, IL
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Successful completion of a drug screen required
