About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for dealers, District Industry, and DSD teams for Sales & Leadership training
  • Promote training modules, courses, and programs to dealers and regional and district teams
  • Ensure courses and materials are relevant to dealer needs and processes
  • Engage primarily with dealer sales management, L&D, and/or HR managers
  • Manage intake of dealer and district training requests for a defined territory
  • Maintain knowledge of Industry teams’ product training strategies, resources, and contacts
  • Gather regional dealer feedback and provide insights to the Global Commercial Learning team
  • Identify training needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of Sales & Leadership competency models, assessment tools, learning solutions, and learning platforms
  • Assess dealers’ salesforce learning and development capability and advise on improvement areas
  • Deploy and implement Dealer Sales & Leadership Development Processes to improve commercial skills, dealer leadership skills, and L&D effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, education, instructional design, or related field (preferred)
