About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Payload and VisionLink solutions
Lead global launch and commercialization planning for the Payload portfolio
Drive awareness, marketing, transactions, installation and upgrade pathways, dealer quoting integration, and sales funnel support
Partner with enterprise teams, dealers, and field teams to drive adoption, utilization, and commercial growth
Use customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights to identify needs and refine strategies
Shape pricing and merchandising recommendations
Develop and deliver training for field teams and dealers
Serve as a subject matter expert for Payload solutions and support technical discussions
Collaborate with the VisionLink go-to-market lead to improve customer adoption and site productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience in manufacturing, construction technology or heavy equipment
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, preferably in construction, technology, or heavy equipment industries
Global business experience across diverse markets, customer needs, and cultural considerations
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align business plans with company objectives
Experience managing relationships with internal partners, dealers, suppliers, or other stakeholders
Ability to learn, demonstrate, and communicate technical solutions, including Payload technologies
Proven customer-facing and dealer-facing experience
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Strong understanding of construction technology, heavy equipment markets, competitive trends, and customer needs
Up to 35% international and domestic travel expected
Must complete a drug screen successfully
