About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage Enterprise Digital Order Fulfillment (EDOF) and related digital supply resiliency tools
- Serve as the single point of accountability for product direction and prioritization
- Lead day-to-day product execution, including backlog management, issue prioritization, enhancements, and new feature delivery
- Partner with IT, third-party vendors, and internal analysts developing solutions in Tableau, Power BI, and related platforms
- Coordinate with process owners and vertical partners to align product outcomes with enterprise supply objectives
- Triage and resolve product support requests in alignment with defined SLA processes
- Report product progress, adoption, and value realization to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead change management efforts and communicate upcoming changes, timing, and business impact
- Manage software change requests, including scope definition, impact assessment, risk, and acceptance criteria
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to identify business needs, define problems, and recommend solutions delivering measurable value
- Strong judgment to evaluate competing priorities, assess trade-offs, and focus teams on highest-impact work
- Experience managing operational and business aspects of enterprise software products, including usage, roadmap, and future vision
- Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate software change requests across stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or analytics-driven digital tools
- Background in both software/IT and supply chain or operations
- Experience supporting supply chain, planning, or risk management platforms
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery, sprint-based execution, and backlog management
- Experience using Azure DevOps for tracking work, prioritization, and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Supply chain certifications are a plus
- Sponsorship is not available for this position
- Ability to work onsite five days a week
