About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expertise, leadership, mentorship, coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation to support Business Agility across the enterprise
- Design new courses to address gaps and support Agile growth
- Drive organizational Agile transformations and elevate Agile maturity through senior leadership engagement and organizational events
- Teach the Agile Mindset, Agile Frameworks, and Leadership
- Develop and continuously improve training materials and practices
- Work individually with teams, framework role members, and leaders to promote Agile best practices
- Use professional coaching skills to help organizations and leaders resolve issues, create strategy, and set value-focused objectives
- Facilitate organizational workshops, strategic planning, and scaled events
- Drive and contribute to Agile community of practice events
- Apply lean thinking principles and Agile frameworks to business situations while modeling best-practice and emergent behaviors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in Business Performance Management
- Extensive experience in Business Process Design
- Extensive experience in Growth and Agility
- Extensive experience in Coaching Others
- Extensive experience in Influencing
- Extensive experience in Partnering for Clients' Success
- Working knowledge of Managing Change
- Working knowledge of Training and Development
- Experience as a Program Manager working with various business units
- Ability to prioritize work and hand off work to others
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience within SAFe Agile environments
- Knowledge of lean thinking principles, Agile mindset, and Agile frameworks

- Successful completion of a drug screen required
