About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate powder coat, paint, or other equipment to apply industrial powder coat or paint on metals or products according to specified work orders
Follow required safety procedures at all times
Work in areas including shot blast operation, powder painting, caulking, blow-off operation, loading/unloading, masking/demasking, and pre-inspection
Support the paint line across assigned duties
Work overtime as needed to support business needs
