About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices to optimize products and systems
Support the design, development, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of automated control systems for high pressure well service applications
Support development of operations and maintenance manuals
Support completion and delivery of NPI phase gate deliverables
Communicate effectively within internal and cross-functional teams
Create new flow control configurations, including drawings/models and design calculations per the standardized EC process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent from an accredited program
Knowledge of analytical thinking techniques and tools
Ability to determine root causes and create alternative solutions
Knowledge of presentation tools and techniques for communicating complex concepts
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple language
Knowledge of problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques
Knowledge of requirements analysis tools, methods, and techniques
Ability to elicit, analyze, and record business functionality and non-functionality requirements
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques
Ability to resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, applications, or operations
Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and tools
Ability to design, plan, and execute product testing strategies
Travel up to 10%
Successful completion of a drug screen required for employment
