About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and enhance electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices to optimize products and systems
  • Support the design, development, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of automated control systems for high pressure well service applications
  • Support development of operations and maintenance manuals
  • Support completion and delivery of NPI phase gate deliverables
  • Communicate effectively within internal and cross-functional teams
  • Create new flow control configurations, including drawings/models and design calculations per the standardized EC process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Knowledge of analytical thinking techniques and tools
  • Ability to determine root causes and create alternative solutions
  • Knowledge of presentation tools and techniques for communicating complex concepts
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple language
  • Knowledge of problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis tools, methods, and techniques
  • Ability to elicit, analyze, and record business functionality and non-functionality requirements
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, applications, or operations
  • Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques, and tools
  • Ability to design, plan, and execute product testing strategies
