About the role

Track customer success metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term autonomy business performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A proven ability to connect autonomy strategies to measurable improvements in safety, productivity, utilization, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
Experience advising executive stakeholders using business cases, operational data, and ROI analysis to support technology investment decisions.
The ability to translate customer needs, field insights, and deployment results into product recommendations that improve scalability, usability, and commercial value.
A track record of driving deployment success through readiness planning, stakeholder alignment, workforce transition support, and adoption milestone tracking.
Experience helping customers advance toward safer, more productive, and increasingly autonomous operations through measurable adoption, performance, and value outcomes.
