About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and customize Microsoft Portals application using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Develop client-facing website and forms utilizing Power Apps Portal.
Design and build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 application, specifically Contact Center, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
Translate User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) design wireframes into functional web applications.
Develop responsive forms and workflows to streamline business processes.
Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and user-friendly web portals using Microsoft Power Pages.
Utilize Copilot Studio to build, enable, and manage Copilot Studio Agents.
Maintain intake channels such as chat, webforms, email, IVR, and other channels on the Portal.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
Build web experiences integrated with Dataverse, APIs, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other enterprise data sources.
Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to deliver responsive, data-driven portal solutions.
Build secure, role-based access for internal and external users.
Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
Configure authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity providers.
Follow best practices, uses reusable components, and delivers scalable tools across the Microsoft Power Platform.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application remains current and competitive.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and Power Platform development
3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and Liquid templates.
Experience with creating and deploying Agents in Copilot Studio.
Experience working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and JSON data.
JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Knowledge of web security best practices and identity authentication systems.
Experience integrating with external systems
Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies
Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices
