About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the subject matter expert for Cat AI Assistant capabilities, use cases, product roadmap, and business applications across Cat Digital Ecosystem.
Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the ADSD region.
Partner with DACS teams, dealers, and customers to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and adoption opportunities.
Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and change management programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization.
Drive internal AI adoption within DACS through education, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
Gather customer and dealer feedback, monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, and communicate field insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product capabilities, launches, and adoption priorities.
Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, success stories, and communication materials to support regional deployment and capability building.

What you’ll need

Experience understanding business partner and customer processes, operational and digital challenges and the ability to identify solutions through AI to improve efficiency, performance and user experience
Experience analyzing end-to-end workflows to identify pain points and drive simplification through AI innovation and scalable solutions
