About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead design and development of enterprise content platforms (AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront integrations)
- Build scalable solutions supporting content authoring, digital asset management, and publishing workflows
- Define technical architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies
- Develop and optimize workflow-driven content pipelines (creation → approval → publishing → distribution)
- Lead integrations across AEM, PIM, Workfront, and downstream systems (eCommerce, search, analytics)
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of platform solutions
- Drive CI/CD practices and enforce engineering quality standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Architects to deliver business outcomes
- Mentor engineers and support onboarding of new teams (internal and vendor)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and/or Assets)
- Java, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Maven, Azure DevOps)
