About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce architecture
Translate complex retail and dealer requirements into high‐performing ERP solutions
Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, integrations, and reporting strategies
Design and configure Retail, Commerce, POS, Pricing, Promotions, Loyalty, and Finance modules
Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality assurance processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years in ERP/CRM solution delivery, including 6+ years hands‐on with Dynamics 365 F&O/AX
Hands‐on experience in end‐to‐end D365 implementations (minimum 6 full‐cycle projects)
Strong understanding of retail and commerce operations: POS, promotions, loyalty, pricing, order fulfillment, dealer/customer engagement
Familiarity with global dealer networks, retail operations, and industrial commerce best practices
Certifications: MB‐320 Finance Functional Consultant Associate; MB‐330 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate; MB‐920 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) – Retail & Commerce focus
