Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations
Architect robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions using Agile methods, aligned with business requirements
Own and drive X++ development, customizations, and extensions using best practices
Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems using OData, REST / SOAP APIs, AIF / DMF, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, Dual Write
Support data migration strategies and execution using DMF / Data Management Framework
Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and accelerators to standardize solution delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

12–15+ years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies
10+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX in ERP/CRM technical development
Expert‑level experience with Dynamics 365 development F&O
Expert‑level experience with Microsoft development stack X++
Extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric
Strong knowledge of integration strategies (OData, REST APIs, DMF, Dual Write)
Working knowledge of Azure tenant and environment management
Experience collaborating with ISVs and IPs, and integrating CE with F&O using Common Data Services (Dual Write)
