About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a thought leader for talent management programs and technology
- Assist management in evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's talent practices and recommending improvement opportunities.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired

- Experience in: Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, Organizational Development, or similar work experience
